Due Diligence

We review all aspects of installations from social and environmental, through to technical and operational:


  • Review asset selection and design methodology, including predicted yield assumptions
  • Sample test construction documents against asset registers
  • Conduct technical surveys of installed assets
  • Installation compliance review against statutory legislation, industry standards and FiT obligations
  • Verification of asset register and yield predictions against physical installation
  • Ensure mechanical installation is inline with best practice and manufacturers equipment guidelines at the time of installation. Advice on any areas of concern or risk
  • Review of full asset register historical yield against predictions, to identify a portfolio adjusted specific yield
  • Identify individual asset performance where this differs from portfolio performance, identify underlying problems within the portfolio, either data accuracy or installation issues


  • Review of established communications infrastructure and protocols to evaluate operational risk(s)
